These types of display slabs would have been in shops or grocers, advertising certain products; in this case, it is “pure Butter.”

I think the “pure butter” lettering has been touched up at some time in its life, however, It is in good condition with no chips or cracks only showing crazing in the glazing, which is to be expected.

Although this is a later reproduction of the original, this does not in any way distract from its appeal once placed in the kitchen environment.

This is an ideal item for the kitchen to enhance the décor and appearance.
