Antique 19th Century Ceramic Brandy Spirit Barrel Keg.

8 gilded bands ran around the barrel, along with the bold lettered word “Brandy” written on the barrel.

Comes complete with its original and somewhat adorable silver-plated tap.

It is in good original condition with just one minor chip at the top edge, otherwise, it is in good condition with just crazing which would be expected from such an item.

32cm high by 27.5cm wide.

These are hard to come by, as many didn’t survive over the years.

This would make a great display in a bar or retail environment and could even be a repurposed item used for a plant pot.
