Original Classic Anglepoise 1227 Gold Scumble Herbert Terry Desk Lamp.

This desk lamp is an iconic Anglepoise design, inspired by the anatomy of the human arm. It is made from aluminium with a steel base that features the stamped “Herbert Terry” maker’s mark. The lamp is finished in its original gold scumble.

The Anglepoise lamp is a British design classic, renowned worldwide, and remains popular today; however, early examples are particularly sought after by collectors. This piece retains its original paintwork and is in perfect working order. It showcases one of the earlier collectable models with the distinctive “two-step” base.

The lamp has been completely rewired with approximately 3 meters of cable.
